I recommend that clients start therapy with weekly sessions, but we can tailor the frequency to what works best for you. Therapy can be either short-term or longer-term, depending on your needs. The time it takes to see results from counseling varies; some clients might notice improvements after just a few sessions, while others may benefit from a longer duration of therapy.

Sliding Scale
I offer a sliding scale for clients experiencing financial hardship. If cost is a concern, please ask about availability during your consultation.
I request a minimum of 48 hours prior to cancelling an appointment. It is often difficult to fill an appointment spot at the last minute. Failure to cancel a minimum of 48 hours in advance will result in a charge to you for provider's hourly self pay fee.
